Daydream with me for a second!  For just a second, forget about your business having to survive global pandemics, global wars, global economic volatility, political unrest, a national debt crisis, rising inflation, housing affordability crisis, high interest rates, labor shortages, home Inventory deserts, repetitive catastrophic events, skyrocketing insurance premiums, industry lawsuits, regulatory mania, industry disruptors, industry commoditization, immense commission pressures, and the list of pressures surmounting the ultimate demise of you business goes on, and on, and on!       ​

Now that you have had a chance to breathe and forget about how your business has to survive all of those pressures for just a second, now answer this one simple question.  How is your business going to survive AI completely replacing you as a professional?  We aren't talking about AI that makes your business more efficient.  We are talking about generative AI that is rapidly evolving by the second, and being built to replace you.  The Society for Human Resources was quoted as saying 30% of jobs will be eliminated in the next 7 years!  Let that "sink" in.     ​

Wake up!  We have officially entered into a new world.  It will no longer suffice to continue doing business the same archaic way and expect your business to stand the test of time.  Real Estate is one of many "Titanic" industries that is on track for a head on collision with a proverbial iceberg.  If you think you are going to wait to change course your business has already been struck, and is metaphorically "sinking" as we speak.  If you wait too long, the life boats may be full with no more capacity to save your "sinking" business.  The time is NOW to change course, and simply put, you must innovate or die!
