Consultation

Step 1: Through quality listening and asking high level questions; we are able to gain a thorough understanding of our client's needs and goals.  At Horswell Properties, we partner with our clients to devise a strategic plan to achieve your goals Through Every Season of life!

Pre-Approval

Step 2: Prior to submitting an offer on a property we have to have a pre-approval letter in hand for financing.  At Horswell Properties, we partner with the top local lenders to help secure financing for our clients in order to provide a turn key solution for home buying!

Representation

Step 3: Texas requires specific documentation to be signed in order to establish legal representation between a licensed real estate agent and a purchaser of real estate.  At Horswell Properties, we want you to understand the value of representation and what it is!

I's and T's

Step 4: Before we embark on this journey we want to meet to make sure we have all I's dotted and T's crossed.  A perfect opportunity to review our plan and answer any lingering questions.  At Horswell Properties, we can't guarantee perfection but we can guarantee that we strive tirelessly for it. 

Showings

Due Diligence

Step 6: Prior to making an offer  we are going to complete a thorough evaluation of the property, and conduct a market analysis to determine the market value of the home.  At Horswell Properties, our clients best interest is the only priority and we leave no stone un-turned.

ContracT

Step 7: You have found THE home and now it is time submit an offer.  We will partner with you to structure a strategic offer that will accomplish your goals.  At Horswell Properties, we understand the nuances of the paperwork to help you strategically manage your risk.

Option Period

Step 8: We nailed the perfect home and now it is time to inspect it.  Our knowledge and expertise will be critical to navigate the inspection and negotiate repairs.  At Horswell Properties, we partner with the top inspectors to provide our client's a true turnkey solution for home buying.  

Finance PerioD

Step 9:  We successfully negotiated repairs and out of the option period!  We are only a few steps away from landing your perfect home.  During this time We will work with your lender to coordinate the appraisal and you will work with you lender to finalize financing.  At Horswell Properties,    

Final Approval

Step 10:  At this point, all we are waiting for is the appraisal.  We get the appraisal back for the contract price and the email from the lender that your financing has been approved!  At Horswell Properties, we work with the best local lenders because they get the job done and we close on time.   

Due Diligence

Step 11:  We have clear to close from the lender, we have reviewed the title report, we have scheduled a final walk through, and we have reviewed the final cash disclosure to make sure numbers are accurate.  At Horswell Properties, we don't sleep until we know our clients are client's are prepared to close! 

Finish Line

Step 12: All of your hard work has finally paid off and we are sitting at the closing table celebrating this new season in your families life.  All we want you to do is relax and sign.  At Horswell Properties, our job doesn't stop at closing.  We will continue to dot every I and cross every T in ensuring that you are properly represented!
